The Authority is actively engaged in promoting the development of intrastate and interstate pipeline infrastructure necessary to enhance natural resource development within Wyoming and encourage the export of the state’s natural resources to the nation.

The mission of Rio Blanco County is to provide services in a fair, respectful and professional manner consistent with the customs and culture of the citizens of Rio Blanco County.  

Ute Energy LLC was formed in 2005 by the Ute Indian Tribe to capitalize on the commercial rights to participate in the exploration and development of the Tribe’s mineral estate. Ute Energy is focused on oil and gas exploration and development, midstream and other facilities alongside its reputable industry partners in Utah’s Uinta Basin.

To govern responsibly in accordance with the State Constitution and on behalf of the legislature in order to represent the interests of, and provide public services desired by the citizens of Moffat County.

Garfield County, Colorado

The Garfield County Board of County Commissioner's mission is to provide a forum for the oil and gas industry, the public, impacted landowners and local government to prevent or minimize conflict associated with oil and gas development through positive and proactive communication and actions that encourage responsible and balanced development of these resources within Garfield County.

Mesa County supports and enhances our community by efficiently addressing needs and services.

New Mexico Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department

The New Mexico Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department was created in 1987 through a merger between the Natural Resources Department and the Energy and Minerals Department. New Mexico EMNRD aims to position New Mexico as a national leader in the energy and natural resources areas. 

State of Baja California

The state of Baja California is a state in Mexico. It is the northernmost and westernmost of the 32 Federal Entities of Mexico. Established in 1952, it is the twelfth largest state by area in Mexico.
